Rumus kuat arus listrik menggunakan Hukum Ohm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I = Q \/ t<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keterangan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud835\udc3c = kuat arus listrik (A = Ampere)<br>Q = jumlah muatan listrik (C = coulomb)<br>t = waktu (s = second)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain rumus di atas, terdapat rumus menghubungkan kuat arus listrik dengan beda potensial untuk menghitung hambatan arus listrik yaitu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I = V \/ R<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keterangan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I : kuat arus listrik (Ampere)<br>R : hambatan listrik (\u03a9 atau ohm)<br>V : beda potensial listrik (Volt)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"contoh-soal-kuat-arus-listrik\">Contoh Soal Kuat Arus Listrik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Agar lebih paham cara menggunakan rumus kuat arus listrik, cobalah dengan berlatih soal-soal berikut ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"soal-1\">Soal 1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tentukan besar kuat arus listrik jika muatan listrik sebesar 60 C mengalir melalui suatu rangkaian selama 15 detik!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pembahasan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diketahui: Q = 60 C; t = 15 s<br>Ditanya: I<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jawab:<br>I = Q \/ t<br>I = 60 C \/ 15 s<br>I = 4 A<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jadi, besar kuat arus listriknya adalah 4 A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"soal-2\">Soal 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebuah arus listrik dengan kuat 6 A mengalir melalui sebuah resistor, dan tegangan pada resistor tersebut adalah 24 V. Tentukan hambatan resistor tersebut!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pembahasan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diketahui: I = 6 A; V = 24 V<br>Ditanya: R<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jawab:<br>R = V \/ I<br>R = 24 V \/ 6 A<br>R = 4 \u03a9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jadi, hambatan resistor tersebut adalah 4 \u03a9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jenis-arus-listrik\">Jenis Arus Listrik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dilansir dari laman Sparkfun, terdapat dua jenis arus listrik<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-arus-searah\">1. Arus Searah<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Arus searah atau Direct Current (DC) adalah jenis arus listrik yang mengalir melalui penghantar listrik dalam satu arah konstan. Tegangan dan arus dapat berubah selama arah aliran tidak berubah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muatan listrik elektron bergerak dari kutub positif ke kutub negatif dalam satu arah yang sama. Semua yang menggunakan baterai atau mengisi daya ke adaptor bergantung pada arus searah. Contohnya handphone, TV, atau senter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-arus-bolak-balik\">2. Arus Bolak Balik<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Arus bolak-balik atau Alternating Current (AC) adalah jenis arus listrk yang mengalami perubahan aliran secara berkala. Arus akan bergantian antara atah positif dan negatif dalam satu siklus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arus bolak balik digunakan untuk mengalirkan listrik ke rumah, gedung perkantoran dsb. Stop kontak hampir selalu menggunakan arus bolak balik. Tegangan arus bolak balik dapat diubah menggunakan trafo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"alat-ukur-listrik\">Alat Ukur Listrik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dikutip dari laman Yale Tools, terdapat beberapa tipe alat ukur listrik untuk mengecek kekuatan arus listrik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-amperemeter\">1. Amperemeter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Amperemeter adalah alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur tegangan arus listrik pada sebuah rangkaian tertutup. Amperemeter perlu dipasangkan dengan rangkaian arus listrik yang akan diukur. Sebelum memasangkan amperemeter, rangkaian diputus dan dihubungkan ke terminal amperemeter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-ohmmeter\">2. Ohmmeter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ohm meter merupakan alat untuk mengukur besaran listrik dari sebuah saklar. Alat ini memanfaatkan Hukum Ohm yaitu rangkaian arus listrik berbanding lurus dengan tegangan. Alat ini dapat memantau tegangan listrik yang rusak dan memiliki tegangan berfluktuasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-voltmeter\">3. Voltmeter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Voltmeter merupakan alat untuk mengukur besarnya tegangan arus listrik yang mengalir setiap detik. Voltmeter dihubungkan secara paralel dengan alat yang akan diukur. Voltmeter memiliki batas maksimum tegangan listrik sebab jika tegangan melebihi batas dapat merusak alat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-wattmeter\">4. Wattmeter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wattmeter berfungsi untuk mengukur daya arus searah. Alat ini merupakan gabungan antara amperemeter dan voltmeter. Selain dapat mengukur daya arus searah, wattmeter juga dapat mengukur daya arus bolak-balik satu fase dan mengukur daya arus bolak-balik tiga fase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-megger\">5. Megger<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Megger merupakan singkatan dari mega ohm meter. Megger merupakan alat pengukur yang memberikan informasi koneksi langsung konduktor. Alat ukur ini berfungsi untuk mengukur resistensi isolasi kabel dan perkakas listrik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"6-kwh-meter\">6. KWH Meter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>KWh meter merupakan alat pengukur konsumsi energi listrik aktual sebuah instalasi listrik.
